Nexus Portal is a software agency in Irbid, Jordan. We design and build websites, mobile apps and the systems behind them for businesses across Jordan, the Gulf and beyond, with starting prices where anyone can see them.

Why we started

Bahaa and Wesam met as medical students. Medicine taught them two habits they never lost: read everything before you act, and write down what you did so the next person can check it. They left medicine for engineering, and the habits came with them.

The clients they met told the same stories. A quote that grew after the deposit. A site that looked fine in the demo and broke on a phone. A developer who stopped replying the week after launch. None of it was unusual, and that was the problem.

Nexus Portal is the answer they wanted to give. Prices on the page before the first call. A design you approve before it is built. Security decided at the start. Code, accounts and files in your name. And a person who replies when you write.

How every project is secured

None of this is a premium tier. It is how every project is built, whether you ask for it or not.

  • Reviewed code, proven sign-in

    Every change is reviewed by a second engineer. Sign-in uses established standards such as OAuth and multi-factor authentication, and secrets are never stored in plain text.

  • Known weaknesses, checked

    We test against the OWASP Top Ten, the most common ways software gets broken into, and keep dependencies and platforms patched.

  • Encrypted, backed up, contained

    Data is encrypted, backups run on a schedule, and every cloud account gets only the access it needs and nothing more.

  • Hardened before handover

    Before launch we lock down the setup and hand you every account and credential. Nothing about your system stays only with us.
